The Sullivan Corporation began exclusively in the tenant finish area, completing high-quality projects both on time and on budget for a variety of national retailers across the country. What were once small shopping mall retailer refinishes, are now million square foot shopping center renovations. Although our focus has grown, our approach is the same.
