Terence S. Sullivan – President
As founder of The Sullivan Corporation, Terry brings over 34 years of construction experience to the company. As our company leader, his construction, estimating, project management and negotiating experience is a very valuable asset to the entire staff. His client relations, conceptual project sense and ability to perform value engineering is an asset to the entire company.
Daniel Estrada – CFO
Daniel has over 18 years of management, accounting, and finance experience in real estate companies across many various segments such as commercial, residential, retail, industrial and leisure. Daniel joined Sullivan Corporation after serving as the Director of Property Accounting for a $2.5B real estate fund located in Denver, CO. He utilizes his strong business sense and leadership skills as team leader of the finance/administration department. In his role with The Sullivan Corporation has direct oversight over all aspects of financial and job cost accounting, legal matters, risk management, payroll and benefits, as well as corporate administration.
Kevin Osborne – V.P. Estimating
With over 25 years of construction experience ranging from carpenter to site superintendent to project manager, Kevin brings valuable experience to the company. His profound knowledge of the construction process and techniques assist him and his staff of estimators in developing extremely accurate bids even from the briefest of descriptions.
Charles Brown – Site Superintendent
We have a staff of highly experienced Superintendents who all have knowledge and expertise in building projects from large retail centers to commercial projects. Superintendent Charles Brown has been with the Sullivan Corporation for 18 years. He has work experience ranging from high rise apartments to motels to neighborhood power centers. He recently completed construction of a new hangar, FBO lobby and customer lounge at the Indianapolis Executive Airport.
